Please consult the delivery cost on checkout. We ship with local partners such as DHL or FEDEX. The delivery time takes from 1 business day to 14 business days depending on the country. On Request, you can be provided with a tracking number to follow your order.

Care Instructions:

Our 18 carats Lucky Jewels are produced with utmost care in our workshops in Dubai. They will last forever if you follow a simple routine:

• Avoid harsh chemicals, perfume, or cosmetic products, as they will create abrasions and reduce the shine of the gold.
• The best way to clean your Jewels is warm water with some drops of dishwashing liquid and a soft brush.  
• When you remove your jewelry, always stock it separately in its original packaging and don’t forget to keep the clasp outside the pouch so it doesn’t tangle up.
• Avoid any hard knocks and scratches to your stone. If it looks dry, rub a tiny amount of olive oil. Of course, keep your stones away from harsh chemicals.

Returns & Refunds:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for non-customized pieces only.

Important:

• Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
• For eligible exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs (returning the original item and receiving the replacement).

Warranty & After-Sales Service:

Every Leïa K. piece includes a 1-year warranty from purchase date, covering manufacturing defects and accidental damage. Services include stone tightening, resizing, rhodium re-plating, and clasp/chain repairs.

Repairs usually take 7–10 business days. Express service (3–5 days) is available for an extra fee.

Repair / Exchange Option

Within UAE: Drop off/pick up at our Gold & Diamond Park office or courier service (AED 75 each way)

Outside UAE: Send via trusted courier or use our service (AED 150 each way + duties)
